I've started re-reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, by J.K. Rowling. I've got a few other books on the bedside table, but I'm not in the mood to dive into the heavy, heavy stuff.

I just finished re-reading Harry Potter And The Half-blood Prince, by J.K. Rowling. I have a few others that I've started that are on my bedside table, but I haven't decided 100% what to really focus on next.

Just finished Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, by J.K. Rowling. cries internally

Tomorrow I’ll start Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, by J.K. Rowling. sigh, I’m not ready for it to end!

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, by J. K. Rowling

Dracula Vs Hitler, by Patrick Sheane Duncan. No prizes for guessing what this one is about! I’m weirdly disappointed, because this could have been amazing, but it just...wasn’t. Harker was a whiny prat. Lucy was annoyingly perfect, had a bunch of somehow-pertinent skills but no explanation of how or why the fuck she had learned them, and literally everyone who wasn’t Van Helsing wanted to fuck her. The sections taken from Hitler’s diary were good though, he sounded appropriately grandiose and yet utterly crackers.

Just started Eat Him If You Like, by Jean Teule. I’m not a hundred percent sure where this is going, but I’m expecting cannibalism.

Erebos, by Ursula Poznanski. Creepy ass video game has real world consequences, news at 11

The High Places, by Fiona McFarlane. I’m not enjoying this as much as I hoped I might, but there are a few good stories in the collection.

I didn’t realize it, but this is probably my favorite Harry Potter book. I couldn’t put it down. I usually also juggle 4-5 books at a time so I have some variety, but my others have remained untouched ever since I reached the halfway point of Order of the Phoenix.

Others I’m working through:

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, by JK Rowling
Inferno, by Dan Brown
A Long Way Gone: Memoirs of a Boy Soldier, by Ishmael Beah
Red Rising, by Pierce Brown
